As if the Lohan family needed more dramz.

Lindsay Lohan's uncle Paul Sullivan, Dina's brother, is going to the big house for a year for defrauding the government out of over $600K. Sullivan had claimed, falsely, his company had suffered losses because of the attacks of 9/11, and got a Small Business Administration loan as a result.

The judge didn't throw the book at Sullivan -- he could have gotten 27 months.

3. OMG how DISGUSTING of a person do you need to be to take advantage of 9/11??? There are people that lost everything that day! Between the Dad and his fraud convictions and 2 stints in jail, and this incredible LOSER being Dina Lohan's brother....what a TRASHY family!!! If Lindsay didn't happen to be famous and hot, they would be the white trash laughingstock of their town! All around, on both sides, this family is all about ME ME ME and they will lie, cheat and steal to get whatever they want. Ugh is there ONE decent individual in that entire family, or are they all fame whoring criminals???!! I think I know the answer to that one...
