Brad and ex wife share equal custody of kids, not 'whenever it's convenient for him.' He's terrific with his kids, and his family for that matter. I work in Malibu and see him around all the time. His lady friend is really sweet, but she's not that much younger than him, I would say early 40's or so. He's a great guy, always polite and friendly and stops to say hello, which is a lot more than most celebrities do, let me assure you. BTW, since when is giving your girlfriend a kiss on the cheek considered 'groping'. You really need some real stories, TMZ, but you wouldn't know what to do with one anyway.
