Heather 911 Caller Up to No Good

10/1/2008 9:29 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Heather LocklearThis is the craziest story ever. The woman who called 911 on Heather Locklear is a former Us Weekly staffer who was under investigation by the FBI -- and she's the one who tipped off the paparazzi!

Jill Ishkanian, who allegedly hacked into Us Weekly's computer system to locate celebs after she left the mag, was following Locklear in the Montecito area. Ishkanian watched the actress go to a market. When Heather got in her car, Ishkanian called 911, even though the car wasn't even moving at the time.

Now get this -- sources say immediately after Ishkanian called 911, she called a paparazzi agency to give them the heads up Heather was about to be popped. TMZ obtained those photos, not knowing it was Ishkanian who set the ball in motion.

And it gets worse. Ishkanian apparently is the only witness who says Locklear was driving erratically and that she was drunk, even though it's already established she was not under the influence of alcohol.

Sound underhanded? That's what we're thinking ...

Doesn't any one find it strange that Ishkanian acts like she does no know who Locklear is when she called the police and even states Locklear is pulled over, yet Ishkanian manages to call the paparazzi to get them there to photograph Locklear.

The big question is how far does Ishkanian go to get a story. I will appologise to Locklear for being a victim of the sadest part of Americana

Heather should not get off without punishment. I think she should have to spend nights with me until this is all resolved.
Hugs for Heather.

Heather has been used, emotionally abused by her ex husband and his so called lover and oh yeah Heathers friend to boot. They broke up her family and the happy life she had. She is trying to get her life back together and some ignorant, selfish , evil person takes advantage of the situaiton. Her husband should of been a real man and ended his marriage before his infidelities.
I'm amazed at the amount of damage that people cause to each other for personal gain. Jill will have to live with herself. I hope Heather takes her to court for harrassment, humilation and gets justice. As well the newspaper should take the money back for her dishonesty and monetary motives. How much can one person possibly handle.
Jill hope your remembered for the bad person you are, I hope you can sleep at night.

Celebrity injustice

CHP Lt. Dane Lobb said Wednesday that Ishkanian’s involvement would not change what was going forward as a regular DUI investigation. "We determined (Locklear) was someone who shouldn’t be operating a vehicle."
