How Little Is That Deuce Coupe?

10/11/2008 1:32 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

"Beach Boys" legend Brian Wilson paced himself yesterday in the Beverly Glen shopping complex after what appears to have been a very full meal.

The 66-year-old musical genius appeared a bit disheveled as he wandered the parking lot in search of his car.

Help him, Rhonda -- please!

Where does one start? I would say that the fact that he can still drive, enjoy a meal at the Beverly Glen center is an act of God after all this man has been through. It's a sad day in history when TMZ has to TRY to humiliate such a sweet and gentle soul. Try as you may, it will never happen TMZ. He is a gentle giant who was put on this earth to make it a better place and that he has done with his beautiful music. Mike Love as evil as he may be with his vicious lawsuits, hasn't been able to bring him down, Eugene Landy, with his horrible medical care, was unable to bring him down, his own father (who sold his songs for a mere 795,000 and nearly beat him to death) could not bring him to his feet.............TMZ's ridiculous attempt to humiliate Brian makes you look so little and trite. I would agree with 90% of the posters. You need to leave him alone and let him do what he does better than anyone in this world..............Make more beautiful music. One last thought.............I would venture to bet that there isn't one of us ,at one time or another, that hasn't walked out of a shopping mall or large event and had to stop and think for a moment where they left the car............even Mom! If your kids turn out 10 % as brillant and sweet as Brian you should be proud!!!! And Mom, next time you forget where your car is parked, "God Only Knows" or hopes that TMZ is around. Although they would have no earthly idea who you are, so better yet think about Brian and how heavy handed you were towards him...........that will be your karma. It's refreshing to see all the positive posts and respect and love that most of your have for this National Treasure.

Unfortunately in this world people get old and fat. I would choose being old and fat over being dead any day.

Leave Brian alone!!! He is the most talented living musician in the world. Don't treat him like he's Kate Hudson or Britney Spears.

Speaking as a journalist, I no one associates this kind of reporting with real journalism. I see TMZ's staff and editors would rather disassociate themselves also - no-one's got the guts to put their name to the "story". Shame too on splashnewsonline.com. This isn't journalism, it's purile tripe.

I've been a Brian fan for nearly twenty years now and have been to at least a dozen of his concerts, love Smile, love That Lucky Old Sun...got to shake his hand in 2006 and I'm still in shock over it!

And I have to say that in all my devotion to Brian Wilson....

THIS IS PROBABLY THE FUNNIEST PICTURE I'VE EVER SEEN! HA! I LOVE it! heh heh...really, it's SO Brian!
