Jewel -- From Homeless to Home Seller

Jewel has now gone from living out of a van to selling her $1.7 million Hollywood Hills home with its own three car garage. Even her cars have a roof over their head now!

The singer's simple 1,781 sq. ft. (that's around a $1,000 bucks a sq. ft.), two bedroom, two bathroom digs has a private deck, office and 'Sub-Zero refrigerator,' according to the L.A. Times.

Jewel even has her own backup house -- a 2,200 acre ranch in Texas.

She just crossed over into Country & just got married a few months ago. I'm thinking Jessica will be next to sell her home in LA & buy in Nashville or Texas somewhere.

Jewel is a great gal & awesome singer. To each there own when it comes to music & there is no need to put someone down just because you don't like there music. It shows immaturity.

You took the words right out of my thoughts #4. Just because your taste in music is different from my taste in music does not mean that you are superior or inferior to me. I like a wide variety of music. Sometimes, after a hectic day in the office and putting up with my eccentric lawyer boss, I travel down the freeway with Alvin and the Chipmonks going full blast. You ought to see how that one makes heads turn!!!
