Britney Upstages Santa In NYC

Who's more entertaining, Santa or a sane Brittany? Oh wait, never mind. Neither of them exist!! In all due respect though...I hope Brittany gets it together for her kids's sake.

Britney's emotional problems are as irrelevant as the fact that Santa isn't real. She is still able to sell music videos and draw audiences in spite of this.

As long as a performer can continue to deliver the entertainment, their mental state has never been a factor in their popularity. Therefore, those of you who want to damage Britney's career by repeatedly emphasizing her mental issues might as well be p*ssing in the wind.

Nor will you have any luck trying to drive her fans away by harping on her being a "skank", or on her having had drug and alcohol problems. A performer's sexual escapades or substance abuse issues have little, if any effect on their popularity ... and if anything, they enhance it.

And you people are even more laughable if you try to discourage people from being followers of Britney by calling her "white trash" or a "hillbilly" or a "redneck". Having that kind of background has never damaged any American performer's career.

I think that you people who keep trying to damage Britney's success by trashing her are just like the Republican Party in the last election. They kept up the slurs and the lies, even when it became clear that this was hurting their own candidate and helping the Democrats. You Britney trashers are shooting yourselves in the foot in the same way: you're hurting your own credibility with your tactics, and you're actually enhancing Britney's.

She doesn't seem like the greatest choice for the event and it may be too early for her at any rate -- she still seems fragile to me, even though so much better than before. But my guess is that her handlers are "talking" to a lot of people regularly to keep her busy and also to have goals for her. Don't know anything about her voice these days - she might be just relying on electronics. But dancing is the major portion of her performance, and that's great exercise for her. It's one kind of pleasure that can't get her into trouble!

I hope they make the deal!!! Millions can see just what a psycho almost talent cannot do to entertain!!!! Britney needs to stay with opening MCDonalds and Burger Kings.

I love to dress up like Britney, and then stand in front of the mirror and play with myself.
