Burress Turns Himself In to NYPD

Plaxico Burress walked into the 17th Precinct just moments ago to turn himself into cops.

As TMZ reported yesterday, Burress will enter a plea of not guilty to one charge of illegal possession of a weapon, a felony, once he's arraigned. We're told he may also be charged with reckless endangerment.

Burress' lawyer Ben Brafman just said Plax is going to be arraigned at 100 Centre Street at 1 PM today, and will plead not guilty to the felony possession charge.

3. It could've been a lot worse. He could have hurt or killed someone else. Stupid things like this are the reason I hate guns, and won't allow them in my house. Hopefully, this will force him to practice some gun safety.

4. I understand Burris will plead Not Guilty. Why? Because he can...and because he is black and a rich celebrity.
Same goes for white celebrities. Most of them couldn't get a decent job if it weren't for their "talent". In many cases even that is questionable.
They're not guilty of anything except stupidity and a big ego. Flush....
