17. I don't know why he was so worried about her seeing someone. They were split up and he had "multiple girlfriends."
That is no reason to kill someones entire family. He is crazy and needs to fry! To hurt a child is just sickening. Maybe he can become friends with baby killer Casey Anthony.

Don't think they will have to worry about frying him, his fellow inmates will make sure he doesn't get out alive especially after killing his own step son!!

23. What about innocent until proven guilty??!! The police don't have a lot of evidence against this guy, look how long it took to arrest him for these murders. I doubt he would kill the family over Julia! I know this man and he doesn't have a mean bone in his body! The police never even looked at anyone else! His mother is right! He is being framed unjustly and it is a bunch of crap!

26. This story is bothering the hell out of me.
Something is not right here...Can someone please tell me why in the heck Julia was still keeping company with William if he had threatened to harm her family?
She was with him just the night before the triple homicide at a birthday dinner...her son was there too...aledgely she dropped the boy off with her mother after the dinner that night.
How does anyone really know if thats true?...Her mom and the boy are now deceased and dead folks cant talk!
Also, how in the hell did William get that kid out of the house in broad daylight after supposedly killing this childs beloved grandma and uncle in front of him?
One would think that this child would have been hysterical and would have drawn some kind of attention!
Again, it makes me wonder if Julian was even home when his grandma and uncle were killed!
Now the prosecuters are saying that William confronted Julia and her man the day of the murders...which was just hours after she was last with William celebrating!...That just doesnt make any sense!
Also, if these allegations are true then why did'nt Julia report this to the police and warn her mother and brother immediately?
Why does it seem that everything that Julia says and has done come "after the fact"?
She is hiding something and I'm inclined to believe that she is not telling the truth because she is some how involved if in fact William committed these horrific crimes!
At this point it seems to me that his alibi is even more stronger than hers...she has way too many holes in her story starting with that fake ass press conference that she did when her baby was still missing!
No tears came from her eyes and she was much too calm after finding her own MOTHER shot to death!
I pray to God that CPD has the right man and that Julia had nothing to do with this!
This whole triple homocide has way too many things that are not adding up..I would hope that they would have more evidence than this when this case goes to trial because I for one would probably find William Balfour NOT GUILTY!

30. @it's not adding up and dallas - i'm with you two 100% - it's just not making sense .. and did anyone else see julia? a prize, she is not!!

I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT HE WAS JEALOUS OF JULIA FOR A SECOND

the cpd just want this case over with - jennifer's court is just feeding them this 'obsessed with the walrus' [my words, not theirs] story and they just want this case closed at all costs!!

they need to get any of the officers on 'the first 48' on this ... someone should have made julia break by now - and contrary to what they said, they DID break a deal with william's baby mama [she and her goons were possibly involved and since flex was already picked up, rolled with everyone with that story]

like many have said beforehand, I TRULY BELIEVE THIS WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A DRUG THING INVOLVING JASON ..

the fact that gun residue was found in his car means nothing, remember he was in their custody already, ANYONE, including julia, could have been involved, and who's to say from what 'crime' that residue was from - since none of the killings happened in that car of his but rather in the home and suv [jason's]

they need to separate jennifer and julia because that walrus [again, my words not theirs] is clouding everyone's thoughts about her since she's attached to jennifer [who is innocent and america's sweetheart] ...

does anyone know if anyone [julia] is back in the house or is she mooching off jennifer's housing [from trump and oprah]?
