31. you know what doesn't make sense? IF she was dating someone else like they say then why did she still have "married" on her myspace and why did she have that she loved William all over her page and have photos of him all over the place? I mean if your no longer with your husband and are having a relationship with someone else wouldn't you take down anything that reminded you of your husband and put your status to "separated" since they are still legally married. And why does she still have him as a friend on her myspace? I mean the man was just charged with killing her mother and brother and her own son and yet she still wants to be friends? She is on all the time so it's not like she hasn't the time to do it. Julia is just too weird. And as far as Willima being jealous, well sure he would and not because of Julia. Jennifers money!

34. #32. Don't even try to get into Julia's head as to why had a boyfriend while married and supposedly in love with Balfour. She loved being the booty call and I think she admitted such to that effect on her MySpace page. She loves the attention whereever she can get it.

35. He had numerous girlfriends, she had a boyfriend but yet he was jealous of HER? Hmmm I don't think so. Julia was probably making his life miserable and he finally snapped. I mean it's obvious she won't let go of him, take a look at her myspace. She is STILL friends with her so called husband who killed her family and her own son!!! can you say " DYSFUNCTIONAL" ??

36. I have to agree with those who have reasonable doubt. I hope the cops are taking a hard look at Julia.

That said, if he IS guilty, and Julia was truly not involved, he is in the ideal place. Most felons love their moms and babies. Sometime it takes a good-hearted felon to get a dirty job done.

37. If this man did this, death is too good for him. You mean to tell me that a man who has several girlfriends got angry because one of them got some sense, and decided to get with someone else? And, am I also to believe that this is justification for shooting her family? I really can't see what made this trash appealing in the first place, but I hope that if anything good comes out of this situation is that maybe some woman somewhere who is in a similar situation will run, not walk, away.

41. Drug Gang HIt - Drug Gang Hit -- Need I say more. This in no way was a one man job, nor domestic. The way CPD is so intent on proving Balvour did this, makes me think that CPD may have had their hand (illegally) in the Jason was involved with operation. Just maybe CPD is getting drug money kick-backs from this gang, It doesn't appear anyone gets jail time for selling drugs by this CPD. Remember, CPD found drugs in Julia/Jason's house, but case was thrown out; then drugs were found in Balvour's car, no charges were made and finally CPD had to have known that Jason was selling drugs from his house -- neighbors say Jason set in that chair outside the front gate of his home and sold drugs from sun-up to sun-down. Why wasn't Jason picked up for selling drugs? Just something to think about...

43. This whole situation is sickening. The absolute worst of it is this animal put a gun to a 7yr olds head and pulled the trigger. This peron has no feelings or respect for anyone other than his self. Poor Julian he just had no chance in life. The adults in this story knew Balfour was crazy so why didnt they take extra precaution as far as he was concerned. Its looks to me as if Julian was abducted from the home and then shot. Can you just imagine the horror and terror he faced before he died. I just pray to God that he didnt suffer. Julian suffered enough in life...........Pray for Julian

44. Um...if they were estranged then WHY would Balfour care who Julia was bumpin' uglies with? Obviously he'd moved on - had another gf (or several acording to his Mama) - and a kid on the way with her. I don't see why he'd be jealous of her at all!

Several accounts stated Balfour was amazing with Julian and loved him - WHY would he kill him? And if he loved being a dad why would he jeopardize hid relationship with his new baby by committing murder?

I'm not sayin' he's a choirboy - obviously he's not. BUT I don't think he did it - and if by chance he had something to do with it, he certainly didn't act alone.

I'd be lookin' hard at Julia. She didn't seem to want her kid - didn't do anything for him that a mother does and referred to him more as a little brother. Give me a break!

45. julia is unfit,unhappily build, low self esteem foolish, looser. JEN should have made her mom and offer she would have not refused. she should have took her mom and nephew out of state with her. Julia amd Jason and her husband all are adults if they wanted that life style ok, julian is a child he should have not been allowed to stay in that drug infested house. im wondering if charges can brought against julia for child neglect and indangering her child life? julia hands are not clean at all. this was a senseless crime. im sorry jen and the other family members had to know what was going on that house. i hope everyone who was involved get what they deserve.
