He Mos Def-initely Ain't Having It

Mos Def showed up in one of the 49 states he doesn't have a warrant out for his arrest in Thursday night -- and he still wasn't loving the idea of anyone making money off his image but him.

Def faces charges of felony robbery and malicious destruction of private property from an incident with a photographer in Las Vegas in August.
