2. Jacko's mental facilities seem to have gone the way of his finances-down the tubes. He appears to be existing in a "Never Land" outside of reality. Is his face still deteriorating and he's concealing it or was this "getup" all in jest? Perhaps Mr. Jackson needs a psychic evaluation to determine if he's capable of caring for himself and his children.
