The irony of it is that it is just because of her money that Donatella looks like that. Because she had a MASSIVE lipo in December and doctors usually do not want to remove so much fat all at once. Check this link - the pic is from December 3rd and Donatella still had meaty upper arms back then, as well as fat legs and her original, smaller boobs.
She's quite sick. She used all that money to deliberately turn her body into this. Because she doesn't care about the saggy skin as long as she is (artificially) "slim". And then she wonders why her daughter Allegra is so insanely anorexic ...
In the sun, the skin damaged by the lipo heals faster. Mark my words, her next step will be the arm, leg and tummy tucks.
