You should see Miss Arkansas. . .she looks like Demi Lovato too. I saw her on "Countdown to the Crown", the show about the Miss America pageant, and couldn't believe how much she looked like Demi.

Well, hell - I guess I felt "forced" to go look up Carlson's AI audition (don't watch the show anymore), and the thing that made me laugh was the new judge's comment "I see a package here." Aw, no sh*t.

Jury's still very much out where I'm concerned regarding whether or not she has the vocal chops - you can't place much stock in those short auditions, at least where the non-joke contestants are concerned. But it's sad that being gorgeous is such a big component of the "package" nowadays - to the degree that there even has to be a package.

Example: Mary-Chapin Carpenter - I wouldn't hit it, but you'd better believe she makes up a huge part of my album collection - more than Carlson ever will for sure.

Great singers - rare. Great-looking chicks - a dime-a-dozen.

Casey is absolutely gorgeous. She's exactly what American Idol is about. If it turns out that she can indeed sing, which it sounded pretty good to me, then she'd be an amazing new talent! I don't think she looks like Demi at all.... they have similar bangs, that's it.

And can you please explain to the stupid TMZ readers that Casey is not the bitchy bikini girl from the first night.... you guys call her bikini girl because she was in a bikini calender. Sheesh!
