8. In 6th grade we read the book and watched the movie. and my teacher loved the book and she got really sick and died and she was quite young. So we made posters with the stay gold poem which was also her favorite poem.

This book was also own our list of books to read in school. I love the book and was so happy when a movie was made. Cherry Valance was played by "Diane Lane. This movie had a great cast of characters that went on to do so many other great movies.

Ponyboy's house used to be my uncles home. We still go to the drive in where part of the movie is filmed. Great pics
