Barron HiltonBarron Hilton -- Paris Hilton's bro -- is getting gas from a 76 Station employee, who claims Barron scewed him up good during a drunken drive.

Fernando Mendoza Tellez is suing Hilton for injuries he suffered a year ago after Barron struck him at the station in his Mercedes Benz. It happened at 8:30 AM and Barron was allegedly snockered, drove the wrong way on Pacific Coast Highway and then entered the 76 Station and began driving wildly in circles. Barron was busted and subsequently pled no contest to DUI.

Tellez is suing for unspecified damages.
