Careful TMZ you are already borderline. Or did you know? The audio that mysteriously fell into your grubby little hands for all the world to hear was illegal. Anti-piracy laws anyone? I wonder why there isn't a headline about that? Maybe something like....Give TMZ a f****ing lawsuit?

The media can be jerks. There should be more laws in place for the media about privacy. None of us would like it. Say what you want about CB, even though it's getting boring now, but leave his family out of it. He's been nothing but a doting dad to that child, heck I didn't think she could walk, because every picture I saw of him, he was carrying her. Bashing him about the incident is one thing, enjoy yourself, if it makes you feel good and better about yourself, but he has taken care of his wife and child.

The reason she is looking like she is, is because there are strange people taking pictures of her and her family. She is 3. She doesn't understand. Bale can ignore. She can't. The look on her face is the look of being pre-occupied. Bale is clearly trying to get her to ignore them by kissing her. Also, there aren't very many pictures of them outside, so they went inside quickly. Other pictures that I have seen of her and her dad, she is smiling at him, looking adoringly up to him, holding his hand and playing with him. Damned if he does, Damned if he doesn't. Find anything to pick apart.

And as far as his wife being ugly? I wouldn't know. And I don't care. He married her. He sleeps with her. And apparently he enjoys it. That's all that matters.

#52 - thanks exactly it.... Kids react to scratchy beards or for a fraction of a second she was distracted by something or someone. Probably the scuzzy TMZ photographer hiding in the scrubs.

Celebs are people too....OMG! Ya Think? The difference being...is, these celebs are hero`s to our kids... they should be role models as well as thier charectors in thier movies.
After this...he is right up there with Tom Cruise going off with his better than tho attitude.

You guys are so ignorant and judgemental. You don't know the situation. His apology was genuine and shows good character. How can you still blame him even after he apologized? Isn't everyone allowed their freak out moments? Why should we judge someone for letting their emotions take over. I'm sure that none of you people who are judging
him can say you've never blown up before and regretted it later.That doesn't make anyone a bad person, for losing thier temper. He's human too isn't he? Isn't he entitled to making mistakes too? Or does
he always have to be perfect because he's in movies. It takes a big person to apologize, but it also takes a big person to accept an apology. Christian has already done his part, now it's our turn. Everyone should give him a break, let him have his bad days, and let it alone at that. How can you make such a sudden judgement, you don't know him, whatever happened to giving people the benefit of the doubt.

The child seems like a brat. Still they have not revealed her name like someone gives a crap what she is named. As for Christian Bale.... Heck, who on earth has not lost their temper at one point or other. Even Jesus lost his cool, it's in the Bible.
