TMZ has confirmed Rihanna is the named alleged victim in the Chris Brown case and the allegation is that she was assaulted with a deadly weapon.
Law enforcement sources tell us the crime report calls the incident assault with a deadly weapon -- we do not yet know the nature of the weapon.
The crime report gives the victim's name as Robyn Fenty -- that's Rihanna's real name.

8. Hey TMZ.... did you notice when Chris Brown "turned himself in" who was driving the car? It was Mark Geragos! Did you notice he was breaking the law? Mark was on his cell phone while driving the car that whisked Chris away. I'm surprised nobody has noticed this. I just noticed it while watching the news.

9. When thinking about the deadly weapon thing, remember that if a person is bigger than the victim, their hands can be considered a deadly weapon, too. If it was a gun he probably would've had a firearms charge, too. She's pretty teeny.

15. Pictures do not tell you a damn thing. The deadly weapon was probably his belt, he probably whipped it out when she was strangling him to death.
There are 1 million stories about this and none are of the same nature. The best thing to do is WAIT AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY FOR THEMSELVES!
