His buddy is to blame for getting in a car with someone who's been drinking and for not wearing his seat belt. Period end of story!!!! No buddy put a gun to his head to get in the car with him. How many times have YOU got in the car with a friend who's had a few...or driven buddies home after a few. If you say never and your over 35 you're full of sh#t. We've all done it and thank god we got home OK. It could have happened to you or I at sometime, so before you cast stones take a look at yourself.
