Elizabeth Hurley is not wearing a Kabbalah string. She attended a religious Hindu ceremony where the thread is tied on. Everyone participating or attending the ceremony would have the thread tied on their wrist. Right wrist for men and left wrist for women. In addition, notice Elizabeth's thread is multi strand and has both red and marigold colors in it.
