TMZ has learned Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, the psychiatrist accused of conspiring to fuel Anna Nicole Smith with illegal prescription drugs, is officially behind bars.
The doc was booked at Van Nuys Jail at 11:11 AM PT. Her bail was set at the same price as Howard K. Stern's -- $20,000.
UPDATE -- She was released at 1:58 PM PT.
Ohhh, snap! And the dominoes go a'topplin. This is a really interesting story, in a behind-the-curtain kind of way. Yes, it was pretty obvious this poor girl was out of her mind on medication, but she's not the only one either. Is Paula Abdoul's psychiatrist sweating bullets right about now?
This really is sad. All these people pretended to care about her, but they controlled her with drugs. It was all about the money. Howard K. Stern knew she wouldn't be worth a dime if she got fat, and druggies are as skinny as rails.
With a mouth like hers, Anna Nichole should have been seeing a horse doctor.
TMZ, are you sure she's a psychologist? Psychologists can NOT prescribe meds of any kind!
Not for this to go on a witch hunt or anything, but these pharmacies that filled this crap should be slapped on the wrist too. Who gets VIALS of methadone filled?? The pharmacists knew, too. Its not just the writer of the prescriptions, but those who fill the RX who are responsible in some way as well.
You have to be an M.D. to prescribe meds. So she is either an M.D or she was getting some other doctor to prescribe
the drugs. You need to get your info straight, something doesn`t add up.

Don't expect much out of this. With only $20,000.00 bail there will be no jail time. This is just to setup for a big charge like manslauther. And at that they will only get about 8 years, with good behavior they will be out in 2 years or less.
