According to him, Bristol Palin dumped Levi Johnston for being immature -- but the 19-year-old is pleading for her to take him back, on "GMA" of all places.

5. What a joke. Both of those families belong on Jerry Springer's show. He was going out with other girls shortly after Bristol gave birth, so there's no way he's ready to commit. Both of them should grow up, finish school, get jobs, and BUY CONDOMS.
