Chris Brown spent Tuesday hooping it up at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va. And the school just happens to be in the middle of The White Ribbon Campaign ... a week devoted to raising awareness about violence towards women.

11. Lastly, this is America, when I last checked and he is allowed to go wherever he feels like going. People have done far worse than fight with their girlfriend and still gone out in public. She is out enjoying life, hanging on beaches, so she couldn't have been beat to the pulp it was implied. However, he has a right to live for goodness sakes! He's frigging 19!!
