Nanny to De Niro: Pay Up, Focker!

Robert De Niro's former nanny is raging pissed -- claiming the actor stiffed her out of $40k in overtime pay and then fired her.

The nanny claims she racked up 750 hours of O.T. in just ten months of work for Robert and his wife back in 2006, and when she threatened to quit -- De Niro pulled the trigger first.

Now the nanny has filed a lawsuit in Manhattan's state Supreme Court, in which she also claims she never got her 10 days of vacation.

No comment from De Niro's people yet.

15. Not a bad nanny job for $53 per hour. I've never had a nanny before but that seems like a lot to pay an uneducated nanny.
