Michael Emerson, who plays the awesomely creepy "Ben" on "Lost," washed up in L.A. yesterday -- and proved that he's dedicated to protecting the secrets of the island no matter what! 
On a related note -- the guy who writes "The Lost Diary" called in sick today ... but he insists people use this post to discuss last night's show.

17. Michael Emerson is the big-bad-villian Ben who most of us love to hate! Emerson is brilliantly cast as the villian. Confound those LOST writers tormenting us each week with a morsel of the story line to nibble on *wink* I believe the island is the lost city of Atlantis. Notice that the opening scene of the show used to open with a long shot view of the island and reflecting on the ocean was a skyscraper city -- interesting.

18. Last nights episode was an A+++..just fantastic. Am I the only one who thinks there's more to be revealed in the coming weeks re:the Ben/Penny/Desmond/Charlie scene? It doesn't feel like we saw the entire scene. I hope I'm wrong because I have a feeling it will be tragic for Pen/Des or Charlie. Especially when Ben asked Sun to tell Desmond Hume he was sorry?? He seemed sincere so what exactly is he sorry for.....

19. hey.. all the way from Kuwait i'd love 2 say great episode not my best but we got alot of answers like what happened 2 Penelope thank god nothing happened 2 her and her son is so cuite and they named him Charlie oh !! :( but thank god 4 Desmond but i don't think he would have done it anyway and good call 4 the writers not 2 have her killed as 4 the smoke monster scene it was so cheezy being kind and sensitive does not suite Ben..and i got my question answered about the building which young Ben was taken 2 and it was not the orchid..and how come HOT Richard is the only one who's not aging?? get well soon Danny boy let us read what u have 2 say

22. Here I go again...My comment not posting..GRR..anyways, Am I alone in feeling there is more to the scene : Ben/Penny/Desmond/Charlie that has been revealed? I would be entirely happy if Ben got his ass kicked and left but I have a strong intuition thats not the case..reinforced when Ben asked Sun for a favor; Tell Desmond Hume I'm sorry?!!??! Um okay..Sorry for what exactly..hmmm....
