'One Tree Hill' Star Busted for SSN Scam

Antwon TannerThe guy who plays "Skills" on "One Tree Hill" clearly has none when it comes to being a crook, because he was just popped by police in connection with a Social Security card scam.

Antwon Tanner surrendered to federal prosecutors this morning. The U.S. Attorney's office says Tanner "knowingly and intentionally" transferred Social Security cards last year "with intent to defraud." "Tree Hill" paychecks must be affected by the stimulus too.

He will be arraigned at Federal Court in Brooklyn Thursday.

UPDATE: Antwon pled not guilty at his arraignment, and was released on $250,000 bond.

What if this is just some ish he did in the past way before he got put on as an actor?! Atleast the boy doesnt do drugs, i know that for a fact.

I don't know who he is and I've never watched "One Tree Hill", but my opinion is that if you have made it into actually WORKING steadily as an actor, you should be appreciative and doing all you can to remain employed. In this business, you get one shot to make it, unless you have a famous last name!

With that said, I think he is one STUPID s.o.b. to screw up his career! Guess he wasn't making enough money! Now he's up for felony charges!
