14. It could be, not saying it is, but it could just be that she used a self tanner lotion but also got sunburned. The sunburned, fake tanned skin peels and exposes the lily white skin beneath. Although, not usually with red sores. BUT it might not be all that gross of a circumstance after all. That actually happened to me once a long time ago and it looked kind of like that.
