It looks like Matthew McConaughey's dog BJ is thinking about some revenge for the whole "making your unleashed dog chase you down busy roads" thing.
Or maybe BJ just doesn't recognize McConaughey with his shirt on.

4. I agree with Emma. If you look closely the dog is not bitting Matt foot. He is running towards him and Matt is pointing to the dog. These paps have nothing other to do then make up things.
