It is still unclear whether or not Kiefer was coming to the aid of Brooke Shields, as his people claim (and hers deny). Not that it matters to his face.

12. If anyone suffers assault charges, it should be the guy who precipitated the assault. McCollough pushed Sutherland. That's an assault. Sutherland was defending himself. Fashion designers shouldn't fancy themselves boxers.
