Britney Spears Sued by Former Bodyguard


According to the docs, Kerry Vine says Spears "negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to [him]" and says the security firm he worked for forced him to perform duties that put him in harm's way.

UPDATE 7:10 PT ET Get this!!! A source involved in the situation tells us ... Vine worked at Britney's home a grand total of 3 days. On the last day he volunteered to move a small table with a few other guys. He called in sick the next day, complaining of shoulder pain.

He's been on worker's comp, we're told, ever since, and he moved the table a year ago!

Just another person trying to get money from Britney. He was a bodyguard for one of the most hunted celebrity in the past few years. He knew the risks of being a bodyguard and he wants money.

The security firm knew what the situation was at the time, yet they forced him to do it??? Sounds like the security firms to blame, and not Spears. Or, possibly it was brought by himself, due to negligence on his part??

This is horrible, people are absolutely obsessed with destroying this girl and taking every penny she has. Gawd, people are becoming depraved and sick. She really needs to drop off the grid, screw the money from performing and start over with a safe and happy life. I don't think she will have a happy ending.

You're hired to intentionally toss yourself in front of a moving vehicle or speeding bullet with Britney Spears as the target, so shut up and quit whining. You got to work for one of the top most paid pop stars in the world right now, and you're bitching about it? Be glad you even got the opportunity to guard the life of one Britney Spears!
