Shauna Sand's Ex -- Out of Lucite, Out of Mind

Shauna Sand just scored a permanent* restraining order against her ex, Romain Chavent -- the guy who allegedly assaulted her by biting her big, luscious lips.

A judge just granted the order, which keeps Romain 100 yards away from her for 3 years. This whole thing started when Sand accused Romain of doing a slew of horrible things to her -- including the lip biting, spitting on her and suffocating her with his hands.

* the last time she got a restraining order against Romain, they got back together shortly after -- so we use the term "permanent" loosely.

5. if i was that guy i would be glad to be court ordered from being around a hooker. he is good enough looking to not have to pay for anything. and i feel very sorry for her kids if she knows who the dads are, they are going to see mom is a hooker and its ok so i only hope they dont follow her footsteps and the dads step in and take them away from her. someone needs to let her know how horrible horrible she looks, the freaking lip liner went out forty years ago and the bleaching and it is all so grossly disgusting. every time they give her air time that just gives more johns the info of where she is to go buy some. romain should count his blessings and hope he caught nothing this time and runnnnnnnn.

10. It would be productive to post the judge's names on these things. It is public record. But that won't happen because it will upset the cozy relationships entertainment attorneys have with judges.

There's no way a judge would've granted a permanent restraining order if she weren't in the media.

This country has become a two-class system: celebrity vs. non-celebrity, corporation vs. citizen.
