5. Barbara isn't that sweet! When she had the near fatal accident, in 1984,the young driver of the other car died and Barb and her insurance company went after the kids family, left them broke after losing their son, why doesnt TMZ mention that!!

6. It's not Barbara's fault her insurance company tried to recoup their losses. Although it's tragic someone died, their insurance company would have done the same. Barbara is and always will be one of the finest performers in country music.
