Helio's Tax Problems in the Rearview Mirror

It could be the start of a winning weekend for Helio Castroneves.

Federal prosecutors have dropped the remaining tax evasion charge against the 33-year-old race car driver/former "Dancing with the Stars" champ -- meaning he is completely in the clear. Helio was acquitted on all but one charge last month.

Castroneves has the pole position for Sunday's Indy 500. If he wins, we think he'll declare it on his taxes.

2. Does ANYONE actually believe he wasn't trying to get out of taxes. He did dancing with the stars for public sympathy. Yet another example of the two tier so-called justice system. The rich and famous in tier one. All the other working schlubs in teir two. Who btw would have been convicted.

You can't owe tax on promises.
