But I won't blame her as much as the so called man in the relationship... but if she is aware the men she is sleeping with is married, why bother? 34. Gabby is a slut from way back.. I hate that she wrecked this mans marriage. This guy is only about 25 - 26 years old. She is 35+ years old and is persuing anyone that she thinks can provide her the glamorous life she wants. If I were her, Dwayne Wade is the last guy I would give my heart to. He has not been single in a long time and now that he is officailly Shaqtized, she will never have him to herself. Gabby has been around the block thousands of time. She's like the mare in the stable thats been riden so often she has a dip in her back. D Wade was with his high school sweetheart and Gabby stank ass swooped while the women was pregnant. 36. If you do not want gossip spread do not do anything in public keep it behind closed doors and even then be careful who you let in. All rumors are not always false! Our actions speak louder than words even with LAWYERS! TMZ ENQUIRER PEREZ HILTON and all the other gossip sites would not exist if peopel would not put their personal business in the street!

TMZ ENQUIRER BOSSIP MEDIATAKEOUT and the like would not have anything to print if people would not behave in such a way in public. I do not feel sorry for her or any other public persona like her that comes with being a so called celebrity. I myself who am not in the spotlight but live in a major city in the U.S. have heard far worse things about her but I will not tell because that is her business. I know everyone here thinks what could be worse but trust me they are!

40. People's comments are so funny.... "who cares about this and her"... WOW!! When did we become so childish? At the end of the day to say "the rumors have been around forever".. REALLY...they are RUMORS! Everyone has had things said about them that were false.. remember how that felt? The people who continue to talk trash about celebs that they don't know based on what someone else puts out there claiming to be truth are just as liable... you are just fortunate enough that NOONE cares about information about you enough to put it in writing.

I hope this story is true and I hope she does sue and I hope that the rules are changed about "journalism" and "freedom of speech." There needs to be some responsibility and accountability for these ridiculous websites whose main objective is to bring others down...............

41. ARTOFWAR is right. Courts are iffy to begin with as to whether blogs and gossip sites should require the same standards of proof as ttraditional news outlets. As of right now, they don't. Further, if they did, the plaintiff would have to prove actual malice and falsity. The gossip site would then offer truth -- and any messy evidence that may be out there to support it -- as an absolute defense to defamation....
