He was staring lawsuits right in the face, but today Michael Jackson told us he is indeed doing that special, one night concert with the Jackson 5 and sister Janet in Texas -- as well as his London concert series too!

Everyone was threatening to sue Jackson over the concerts for a couple different reasons, but the bottom line -- Jacko says they're both a go. No word if the $3 million payday for the family concert had anything to do with Jackson's decision...

Of course, dude also lives in a world where he thinks he's Peter Pan, so take everything he says with a grain of salt.
