I've seen enough of bloated boob implants and over-processed celebrity faces, but in that category Cher is the winner. She wasn't the first, but she made ordinary people head to the plastic factory.

13. I agree that Ryan has to be the winner. It's amazing what was able to be done for him. The celeb's look awful. Laura Flynn Boyle was so pretty before. I can't believe there are still people willing to go through that knowing what will happen as they get older. They all just look awful.

14. Good to see some finalists that aren't fake boobs.....although im sure theres some that are, i wouldn't vote for them as they aren't that rare to see in hollywood LOL. I vote the guy with the 1 eye hands down. Makes me sick to look at but geeze......LOL....he should win!

ugh, spoke too soon, lots of submissions with boobs YUCK, even a nose job. Get over yourself girls. It would be nice to see someone who had surgery to fix a problem that they had to, to win (like number 3, 7, 15..looks like she had her throat slashed!), . Because vanity is sickening!

Rooting for the guy with glass eye or the kid who had a palet...those 2 deserve it more than those hoes.
