Cute dog, but I am still really disappointed that Obama went back on his promise to adopt a shelter dog, I wonder if he is going to do anything to help the millions of unwanted animals in shelters, I doubt it. He acted like he cared part of the reason I voted for him, but I can see now that it was just another campaign lie.

I don't know what his plans where but, he did say that he loved animals and that he was going to do something about all the shelter dogs and cats he was going to start by adopting from a shelter (LIE) instead he found it more important to take a dog from the Kennedy's < I guess a shelter dog wasn't good enough for him. He could donate some money to shelters, instead of sending billions over to Africa, bailing out the wealthy auto industry and banks, even if he didn't want to give them money (although they really deserve it) he could at least make people aware of the situation of the shelters, millions of dogs and cats are put down every year because people are too stupid to get them fixed. These are just some suggestions, there is alot he could do.

Oh wow!! If Obama had adopted a dog from the shelter...it would have helped all the shelters of America!! What about donating money??? Hmmm..money does not stop reproduction. What about telling people to get their dogs fixed??? Hmmm...this has been done for how many years now and as you stated people are too stupid to get them fixed...Oh well...back to the drawing board.

It would of helped a great deal! Millions look up to this man as some kind of hero, if they knew he cared and adopted one, many other would of done the same. I am not arguing with Oookkkaaayyy anymore because he don't care about shelter animals anyway, it is like talking to a brick wall.

Wake up - all we heard before, during and after is bo's C O L O R!!!! Besides, he's not the first afro president, he's the first BIRACIAL pres. He needs to keep his promises - if he can bend over backwards for the gay lobby, he can help our wonderful homeless animals. Billions going to high price execs to bail out their mess, then he can help our shelter animals. He is a liar and an America Hater, plain and simple.
