Rita Wilson & Tom Hanks Let it Be

Tom Hanks is now officially the proud owner of a $75,000 Beatles poster, because his wife has dropped her lawsuit claiming the art was bogus.

Rita Wilson sued Melissa Pearl, claiming the poster from 1962 -- which she bought for Hanks -- never came with the proper authentication.

But Pearl anted up a doc from Sotheby's and Rita now seems satisfied. So the case is history. Long live the Beatles.

A $75,000 poster??? That's Forrest Gump money.

15. Is that the poster Lennon used for Being For The Benefit Of Mr. Kite? That would be valuable, though it certainly didn't show Lennon at the height of creativity, he copied all the text off the poster for the song. Read the poster. Good music though!
