392. This is the reason why health care is so high in the US. Noone in the medical profession can practice without fear that they would be sued - so costs arise from high administration and legal fees. The US has one of the highest levels of litigation in the world. It's one thing to sue a doctor for intentionally abusing his standard of care, but it's another thing to use lawsuits for the risks that arise from using any drug or performing any surgery.

393. This doctor was hired by (Michael?) How did he find him? AEG was to pay him. Wouldn't you think they would do a background check on the doctor? Michael was reported by AEG to be in great physical health (passed with flying colors). Who was the examiner MURRAY? They say his body was full of collapsed veins and track marks. Surely anyone checking him over would have known. The doctor was there to monitor Michael Jackson during this procedure if that is what Michael wanted. Where was he? Why wasn't Murray monitoring him every minute?

There are more loose ends to this story than anyone can mention. I read Janet is not going to do a show on August 29th for her brother. I am glad to see someone is not going to do a show to make people rich off of Michael Jackson. It appears some are only seeing $ signs. I keep hoping this is just a "wake up call"-life lesson", a measure of getting people to change" and he will come back "risen from the dead" with an Islam name or something. I know that is a far fetched idea, but if it happened wouldn't we all be grateful! Michael wherever you are please know you are loved. Look at the media...I have seen it all. Michael's love child, a girlfriend we don't know about, molesting chldren to gay sex. Michael said you can not believe the media!

What surprises me is that LA police didn't seem to be too interested or concern in going after Doctor Murray and that they even think that he was at fault in any manner and I just wonder why not? and what strucks me the most is to see that immediately after Michael death, they go after the doctor's car, apparently, to impound it? for what reason? they didn't think he was at fault in any manner? so why do that? and then kept on saying for many weeks after that, they didn't think Dr Comrad Murray was a suspect, or to blame in any way? and I ask myself, why not? I just wonder was the Doctor's car impounded to keep evidence or to hide it? which one? I wonder? perhaps was there any intention from there part as not to blame him? I wonder what was they're motives all along these days and many weeks after the death of Michael as not to think or consider that Doctor Murray was at blame in any manner, I just wonder why not? I hope they'll do the right thing, it's just too much evidence.

396. First of all, Conrad Murray is NOT a board-certified cardiologist, regardless of what he may claim to the contrary. Many doctors will claim to be specialists which is why it's essential to ask questions and review their qualifications. The guy sounds not only careless but incompetent to me. However, before Michael put the guy on his payroll, he should have vetted his credentials in accordance with the ancient Latin injunction: Caveat Emptor!
