Just a thought...maybe his weight gain is a result of quitting drugs. That would actually be a good thing. People often gain weight when they quit smoking or using...

Kevin is no doubt overeating due to stress and nerves...the past year and a half have been intense for him, with Britney's meltdown and the custody battles. Hopefully now that things have settled down a bit and he's apparently getting on with his new life, he'll be able to shed those extra pounds. Maybe he should start dancing (for exercise) again...

Bowling with his girlfriend Victoria won't help him lose much weight...he's going to have to make a concerted effort to eat less and move around more.

In all honesty - good for him for stepping up to the daddy plate cuz this is what happens when a person stops doing drugs - they get fat & lazy - now for him being lazy and not working out that's his own beef.
