The only thing X-rated about Heidi Montag's upcoming Playboy spread is the X-pletive you're going to scream when you realize she's not naked in any of the SIX PAGES of photos.
Sources close to the barely PG-rated photo shoot tell TMZ, the magazine was under strict instructions when shooting Montag -- "No nipples, no vagina, no ass."
Due to the third part of the agreement, Spencer will not be appearing in any of the pictures.

If you are indeed including a non-nude photoshoot of this woman, you are violating the terms of your relationship with your consumers and are undermining 50+ years of investment in the perception of what Playboy is to men around the world. This shameful act will cause irreparable harm and it certainly calls into question the judgment of the leadership at Playboy today. Are you Playboy or Maxim? Time to decide and be honest with your loyal readers if it is the latter. The massive free fall in the value of an American institution will be accelerated by this boneheaded move.
