A cop punched Rodney King and this time King punched him back. 
King won a boxing match against former Pennsylvania PD officer Simon Aouad as part of something called Celebrity Boxing 11 -- which went down Friday at the boxing mecca known as the Philadelphia Airport Ramada.
King was paid $5,000 for his dignity the fight.

Rodney King must be desperate to accept less than five figures.
And the first go 'round, Rodney King was not in possession of the nightstick, it was the cops who assaulted him who were.
