Joe Francis has just dodged a bullet by pleading guilty to filing false tax returns.
Francis struck a deal with federal prosecutors in L.A. and will avoid jail time. He'll plead guilty to two counts of filing bogus returns.
Francis could have faced 10 years in prison. Instead, he'll pay $250,000 in restitution and get credit for time service -- 301 days in jail.

Joe Francis, or should I say: "Jonah Frankel" is a pig that preys on and violates drunk and in some cases underage young women. The only thing that I want to hear about him is that: the ground opened up and swallowed his malevolent azz. He's been accused of rape and other perversions, he's Hollywood boy through and through. I kind of recall a couple years back that somebody broke into his house, tied Joe up and assaulted him with a sex toy, and they recorded it on video while dirty little Joe was begging. Talk about poetic justice!! I'd like to see Joe in a real prison, that would be fun, maybe a series of prison DVD's like: Joe's "gone down" and Joe's "gone down again" Joe is one of those Hollywood 'types' that prefers to prey on Gentile women. He has an agenda, make no mistake about it. Could you imagine a Gentile man primarily preying on 'nice Jewish girls'? Hollywood just wouldn't have it. Wesley Snipes needs to hire his lawyers. Millions in fines and years in jail for merely not filing verses a puny (by rich people standards) fine and time served for actually lying on returns??? No contest.

Perhaps Joe invited the IRS investigators to his party at Les Deux tomorrow - after all, the invitation refers to "Tons of Candy", and, I'm sure, plenty of Joe's 'candy'-loving girls will be there enjoying the, um, 'candy'.
