Stern's Lawyer: Charges Against Howard are 'BS'

Sorry, WRONG. Stern is a LAWYER, he knows full well what SUPPLYING A KNOWN ADDICT WITH DRUGS means legally, which is why his lawyer is tap dancing, saying Anna was NOT a drug addict. And most people would not give their addict loved one/client in rehab, pregnant, in the hospital, MORE DRUGS OUT OF A DUFFLE BAG, when they are supposed to be detoxing. And most people don't move a drug doc RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO HIM AND THE KNOWN ADDICT, like Dr. E lived.

Anybody with eyes could see Anna Nicole was an addict. The worst thing that happened to Howard Stern and these doctors was the death of Michael Jackson. Before MJ’s death, I think the charges against this trio would have been whittled down to next to nothing or pooh pooh‘d off by a judge and/or jury. These two cases are so similar, I don’t see anybody wiggling off the hook, because now people are paying attention to the outcomes.

Was Howard and Anna officially married?

I read that a wedding/commitment ceremony took place only 18 days after Daniel's death in September.. why the rush? She couldn't have been in any condition to get married. Her son just died and she just had a baby by Csection and lets not forget she was also on all these meds.

Then I read that they had planned to marry in two weeks/February 27th to make it "legally binding" (this is what Howard told the The Insider and Entertainment Tonight).. but she died Feb 8th.

Which is it? Legally married or not married?

For clues: That ceremony was a "committment" ceremony, that Stern sold to People magazine for a million dollars. I've seen video of it where they are declared "Mr. and Mrs. Stern", but I've heard it was not legally binding, that Anna's understanding and key word INTENT in going through that thing sold for profit, was it was a "committment" not a marriage ceremony.

Oh, okay Anna was not an addict. She was not a golddigger either and she didn't marry that 89 year old billionaire for his money. She never posed for Playboy and those were her real breasts. She was a guardian angel, a regular saint.

Howard's concern was Anna's health. She was his only client and he never took a dime for payment. If you believe this load of crap, I've got waterfront land (alligator swamp) in Florida up for sale.

bottom line? Stern had tried to get her into a program on many occasions.

bottom line? He was in love with her and knew she'd kick him out of her life if he kept on trying to get her off drugs.

bottom line? He doesn't deserve to get even 1 felony. That should be to all the doctors that supplied her under false names. It was their fault and theirs alone. You can't tell me that they didn't know what was going on.

Stern couldn't have stopped it if he tried. She would have done it with or without him.

How can one slimeball defend another slimeball? Howard should have dug his own grave next to Anna and jumped in, because his life is basically over. Handcuffs, jail, prison food and a tall blonde named Al with missing teeth and body funk is in Howard's future. His future is not too bright, ummm no, and yeah I'm psychic.

Howeird was Anaa's attorney first, then went right to her handler. He took her to the Bahamas on her dime, and he kept her like a prisoner, feeding her whatever and brainwashing her. I think the moment Anaa's son stepped into the picture old Howeird didn't like it one bit, it took the attention away from him as anna adored her son. Same old crap, 'if I can't have you, nobody can'. He knew he wasn't the father of that little girl. how could he be? What can't get up, can't get out, right?

No one is talking about the photos of Anna and her Doc (friend?), we all no who took those photos, good old Howard.

How did he even pass the bar exam? I looked it up and you DO NEED A PHD IN JURISPRUDENCE to pass the bar exam. So that means HOWARD IS A DOCTOR as he has a PHD in JURISPRUDENCE ! SO ALL THREE DEFENDANTS ARE PH D s and still knowing all they continue on with the sysytematic drugging of ANNA NICOLE SMITH -- case closed throw away the key -- they get LIFE

From what I have heard and read, Anna's mother did not turn her on to drugs and alcohol. Her mother was a deputy sheriff and was the one who tried to get Anna off the drugs (that is why they fought all the time and Anna moved out) and even drove her to the only rehab I have heard Anna went to. Anna definitely went downhill after she met Howard

So when Howard saw Daniel dead did he film him to show him how dead he was and that he needed to go home?
