Sources tell TMZ the alcohol education course which Lindsay Lohan is taking as part of her probation not only contacted the court about Lindsay's conduct ... we're told they may have already told the court she is outright violating the terms of the program.
As we first told you, the judge in Lindsay's DUI case has ordered her to appear for the progress report. Lindsay pled no contest to DUI in 2007.
If the judge determines Lindsay violated the terms of the program, her probation can be revoked and Lindsay could end up in jail.

TMZ PLz u know Dam well this girl aint going to jail they will come up with some sad Ass Reason why she's not doing what she's supposed to do and they will say u better do this u better do that..Blah Blah..I think she should be in Jail along with they guy who hit the 17 yr old boy..and Roman polanski...maybe they could share and tell stories of how hard it is to be useless in hollywood..yeah because every time I turned aroud she was durnk driving or crashing he car....so Alittle time might do her some good...if they can put paris in jail she should be too... Lindsay is NEVER going to go to jail. She continues to get away with it at every turn. The only way this girl is going to stop is when she's dead. In her mind, she thinks, "Why should I stop when I'm having way to much fun!" Lindsay's parents need to shut up and do something about it, like Britney's parents did to her. It was the only way to get Britney the help she needs. At least they cared enough to do something, unlike Dina and Michael. The only thing they care about is sponging off their daughter's success, or lack thereof.

Putting her in jail might save her life. At least it will not kill her. When there is no more fun, just cage fever and slop to eat she might just have the light come on and realize that she has a problem. My bet is 30 days would be just about right.
It aint gonna happen... the prosecuitors and judges have already disgraced themselves with the brutal treatment of Paris and with what they tried to do with Britney so what will really happen is her return to rehab.
