Why assume Paula's wearing a weave? She always had beautiful hair, very thick. As for drug use, if you had to put up with all the pain she had from her back injuries and nearly a dozen failed surgeries, you'd take a few pain meds too! I heard her last surgery was successful. Hope so. She looks amazing, tons better than LiLo.

Paula looks beautiful. She also looks younger than Lindsey. I think Lindsey was jipped in the genetics department, the girl has sagging skin and she's only in her 20's. She was beautiful in the movie Mean Girls. Hard to believe this is the same person.
