Nicole Richie just won a temporary restraining order against two paparazzi who slammed into her car earlier this month.A lawyer in Mark Geragos' firm, Tamar Arminak (inset), was in court this afternoon and convinced the judge the photogs -- Ivon Miguel and Bam Bam -- are a danger to Nicole.
They were ordered to stay 100 yards away from Nicole and have no contact -- either direct or indirect -- with her, her kids or her staff. Joel Madden is not covered by the restraining order.
In her declaration, Nicole says the harassment occurs "on a daily basis." She claims the paps have been "stalking our home, as we try to go about living our lives."
There's a hearing next month to make the restraining order permanent.
