Jackson Custody Lawyer Files Small Claim

Michael JacksonThe law firm that represented Michael Jackson in his custody battle against Debbie Rowe back in 2005 is going after the singer's estate big time, to the tune of ... $1,419.70. Wait, what?

The Law Offices of Michael L. Abrams filed a creditor's claim against the Jackson estate last week, claiming the singer owed the firm for a little bit of legal work earlier this year. And by "little" we mean just 4.35 hours, according to the claim.

Jackson paid part of the bill, the claim indicates, which includes a $14 parking charge.

Considering most creditor's claims against the estate have been six and seven figures, we figure it's easier for the estate to just pay it rather than fight it.

9. Ever consider that he paid his bills, and these are just money grubbers. Since he already paid part of the bill, I hope it was really an amazing four hours where the attorneys walked on water and brought tablets down from the mountain. I am curious as to how much the original bill was. Michael's problem was not that he did not pay his bills, but that he got into bed so to speak with criminals and leeches.

10. You can see the transcripts from the Arvizo trial at http://deargavinarvizo.com. Somebody posted this site on another thread and it's pretty cool. It's designed to get people to leave messages for Gavin aka Anton, which everybody should to encourage that little worm to come clean, but it also contains the trial transcripts. Michael was an awesome human being and his memory deserves better than Arvizo's filth is leaving it with.

12. Jesus TMZ, I swear you have to stop showing those creepy Mj photos, I almost screamed! Well, no i didn't but damn was he a creepy looking guy. Anyway all you teenage Mj fans are really annoying. Damn! Look everyone, we know he was talented but you all talk like he was the most talented person ever. Man i swear, yeah he was a great dancer even tough dancing it's pretty gay. But definitely not the best singer out there. Sure brag all you like Teen fans. But it's true, he also wasn't the best song writer around (if he did write any songs) so keep bragging all you like about how great he was. Shame how he influenced all those crap pop stars (is that why Chris brown sounds like a girl?) and the whole other hip pop klan. No he wasn't the best. Good entertainer, but not the greatest how you all say and you know it. WHAT!

15. Yeah, and all of these "criminals and leeches" forced him to go out there and buy more useless stuff and engage the services of yet more criminals and leeches and also forced him to shop for doctors who'd give him lots and lots of drugs. It was all a big conspiracy and a gun was held to his head the entire time and he was a perpetual victim (listen to the broken record skipping in the background).

They should pay the bill. It's entirely possible that it's totally legitimate, or why else would they bother submitting such a small charge?
