Hagman Selling Eco-Friendly House That Oil Built

The upside to buying "Dallas" star Larry Hagman's home: If you want it, you only have to pay $13 a year for the electric bill. Downside: The rest of the house costs a whopping $11 mil.

Hagman, who struck it big by playing an oil magnate on TV, just put his solar powered, 9 bedroom, 14.5 bathroom, 18,000 square foot estate in Ojai, California on the market -- and the palatial pad would make J.R. Ewing proud.

For some reason, Larry and his wife are looking to downsize.

2. The secret is that there is a NOAA Weather RADAR unit nearby, on adjacent Sulphur Mountain. Larry doesn't like its electromagnetic radiation, even has special curtains and wears special PJ's to resist the microwaves. He wants out.

5. why, whenever I read about celebrity homes, they have so many more bathrooms than bedrooms? Is this typical in America? Because I really don't think it is in Aus. Why would you want 14.5 bathrooms!? Madness!

9. I'd like to suggest he uses some of that 11 mill to get his sunny yellow teeth whitened and a little snip-snip to those caterpillars that have overtaken his forehead!

11. Wonder if he has to subsidize his visits to a certain gentlemen's club in the city of the same name as his hit show. At least Larry has taste, after it was named the #1 club there, Newt Gingrich gave the club an award--right before he took it away.
