Spidey's Mom Spins Web of Self-Promotion

No wonder Tobey Maguire made it big -- his mom could sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo.

We caught up with Wendy Maguire in Hollywood last night where she turned a conversation about her famous son into one about her not-so-famous one ... who happens to have a reality show with Wendy in the pipeline.

She's just your friendly neighborhood stage mom.

(How's this for irony? Odds are this video will be preceded by a commercial for Tobey's new movie. Total coincidence, we swear.)

6. If that's your idea of a stage mom, pushy or otherwise, you don't know any loud, obnoxious, push you right off a cliff (or make you want to jump just to escape them) stage moms... and chances are you've never met one, talked to one, overheard someone else talking to one or even seen video of a real stage mom.
