It's hard to look at this photo of Aretha Franklin without immediately noticing her ... sneakers.
The Queen of Soul showed up to the Rockefeller Center tree lighting ceremony with her Converse Chuck Taylors on last night.
Hopefully they give her the support she needs.

She is a great singer, one of the best, but not the classiest. Between the offensive, huge, mink moo-moo that made her look like bigfoot, the display of boobs that really shouldn't be exposed to anyone and now the sneekers- its time for her to just stay in a recording studio.

When you are the queen, you are mindful of your image.
Where are her image consultants, her music is cool but,
